ROASTING & SHIPPING INFO

All our coffees are roasted to order. We generally roast on Saturdays, unless its a Public Holiday, which we will then roast on the Friday before. 

Orders placed by 6:00pm on the week's Wednesday, will be shipped by Sunday. Delivery will take 1-3 days once shipped. 

If you are experiencing any issues with your shipment, please drop us an email at shop@roastifiedcoffee.co or use the contact form below within 12 days of your purchase and we can look into that for you.​​

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our coffee is selected carefully based on quality, and we deliver orders fresh after roasting. 

Because of this, we don't exchange or typically accept returns on coffee.  If you are unsatisfied with the choice of your beans, please get in touch with our team immediately using at shop@roastifiedcoffee.co or use the contact form below.
